We use Polish National Post, DPD or UPS

DELIVERY & COST:
1-2 Business Days DPD Classic (only Poland) - €4
2-5 Bussiness Days DPD Classic Foreign (only Europe) - €12
14 Bussiness Days Polish National Post (outside Europe)

Our products are ready to ship within 2-5 business days.

We can not be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Once your order has left the Dainty Wolf HQ it is in the care of privat or local postal service.
We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
Orders are beenig shipped from Monday to Friday, during office hours, and we don't operate on public holidays.

Returns

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to return or exchange the goods at your own expense. The product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, especially hygiene seal. We recommend to try panties on over your own lingerie.
Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed or altered in any other way.

It’s up to you which courier you will use but we recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange delivered product, counting from the day when you receive it. If you won’t be able to organise return at once, e-mail us on [email protected]

WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to DAINTY WOLF for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
In case of a Return of the Product, the Customer receives refund of the Products (excluding shipping costs) within 14 business days as of receiving the returned Product by the Seller.
The Customer receives the refund in the form chosen while placing the Order

We will provide you with the full address and all of the important instructions once you e-mail us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return. You will be re-credited to the PayPal account used while placing an order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EXCHANGED PRODUCTS?

We will ship the new product to you, once we will receive the one you want to exchange. You will be charged for an additional shipping cost. It has to be paid to our PayPal account. For confirmation and more details email [email protected]
